Removed from view and embedded beneath the scratch-resistant polycarbonate resin surface, the solar panels cycle power to a capacitor that charges during the day and automatically illuminates the LEDs at nightfall via a photosensor.
Units should be placed in direct sunlight to charge for at least a full day prior to viewing in a night setting.
Each self-contained fixture allows for easy installation with no messy wiring and is ideal for accenting pathways, gardens, patios, decks, pools and custom landscapes. The Halogen White unit differs from the Standard White in terms of color temperature. The Halogen White is a bit warmer color at around 3500K whereas the Standard White is roughly 7000K. Both are beautiful and the differences are generally only noticeable if placed side by side.
